Park Beach is a newer development located on the west side adjacent to Villacana and is in a quieter location with two large pools which get less busy. The luxury apartments are situated in blocks around the pools and have three levels. The complex comprises lush tropical gardens which are beautifully maintained and which stretch as a ribbon development right down to the  Mediterranean beach hence the name Park Beach.  It is only a 5 minute walk from Park Beach to Villacana where there are a few restaurants and bars together with other holiday facilities.  10 minutes away is the village of Cancelada with many restaurants.
